* Unrestricted plant choice allows the client to be a part of the plant selection process, if applicable. Plant range will not be limited to planting with a specific type, colour or price.
** Substitutions are limited to planting that does not "take" or dies within the first two weeks of installation.
† Site Visits are limited to urgent matters regarding window box care, theft or plant health. Site visits do not incur extra fees.
‡ Dead Plant Replacement on request is subject to Living Windows availability. Requests for dead plants to be replaced can take place outside of normal schedule for each site, but does not exclude additional fees.
